So as of Tuesday night, I am home at last! There will be pictures and more stories at some point soon, but in the meantime it is just unbelievably good to be here, in this place that I love more than anywhere I’ve ever been. Waking up with my boy after a night of karaoke with friends, walking to the farmer’s market, seeing my market buddies, and walking home eating the first sweet juicy peach of the year…it really doesn’t get much better than that.
I already been to Paris, I already been to Rome
And what did I do but miss my home?
Oh, New England!

This is my home, this is my only home
This is the only sacred ground that I have ever known.

Mmm, peaches. In case I didn’t mention it last night, it’s great to have you back. *hugs* And I’ll be excited to see pictures!

It’s funny, I just heard “Wrapped Around Your Fnger” (and thought I heard Carl Kassel’s voice in my head) and wondered if you were home yet - glad all is well, and your adventure was a blast.

O, yay!
Tracy sang “Gentle Arms of Eden” at the workshop stage Sunday morning — so happy!
Glad you’re home. Looking forward to hearing more stories!

I just wanted to let you know that your LJ feed cuts off here: “Waking up with my boy after a night [...]” And I was like “Oh NOOO! TMI! TMI!” and then I clicked over to here and read “of karaoke with friends” and I was. So. Relieved.

Mmm. Farmer’s market. I think I’ll celebrate my move by biking to the Oly farmer’s market and picking up some peaches for marscarpone risotto.
Yum.
Welcome home!
